Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the originating bank. jilislots is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your jilislots account. jilislots reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the platform.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. jilislots complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. jilislots reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraud.
4.5 No Cryptocurrency. jilislots does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. This includes but is not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital currency.

10.1 jilislots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
10.2 Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus abuse will be forfeited.
